Refund policy

At Glow&Dew, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

Returns are only accepted if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged
- The product was unused and sealed

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear pictures/videos of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be approved after review.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
